Use clear item identification
Connect item name, size, color and other critical attributes to an internal purchasing reference.
Order continuity
BOREDON uses confirmed packing instructions and order references to support delivery and future replenishment. Buyers should define item identification, pack grouping, labels, carton information and any destination requirement during quotation. Packaging quantity and shipping method are not assumed without approval.

Buyer guidance
Connect item name, size, color and other critical attributes to an internal purchasing reference.
State pieces per inner pack, grouping, label location, carton information and whether mixed sizes are allowed.
Material, supplier, color, pattern or packaging changes should be reviewed before a repeat order is released.
Textiles fill a container by volume long before they approach its weight limit. Fold pattern, compression, polybag size, carton dimensions and how cartons stack therefore affect freight cost per usable item directly — which makes the packing specification a commercial document, not a warehouse detail.
Confirm pieces per inner pack, grouping, label position, carton dimensions, gross weight and carton marking in the order documents. A unit price quoted without them is not a comparable number.
The pack structure that is easiest to produce is rarely the one that is easiest to receive. State how your warehouse or housekeeping operation wants the goods to arrive — by room type, by size, by floor, by SKU — and whether mixed sizes may share a carton. Getting this right removes a recurring labor cost at every delivery for the life of the program.
Carton marking should carry your reference, not just the factory’s. Supply the marking format you want and it will be applied.
Four things: the approved sample, the approved technical specification, batch identification, and the retained packing instruction. With all four on file a replenishment order skips technical review and sampling entirely and enters the schedule directly — faster and cheaper than the first order was.
Keep copies on your side as well. Suppliers change staff, and a specification held only in one salesperson’s inbox is not a specification. Any proposed material, supplier, color or packing change on a repeat order is raised for review before production.
Buyer FAQ
No universal carton quantity is stated because item size and packaging requirements differ.
Order records and approved references support repeat orders, but material availability and any proposed change must be reviewed.
Potentially. Provide the required grouping and identification plan for feasibility review.
