Buyer guidance

Long-term manufacturing assets behind every BOREDON inquiry

Owned land and self-built workshops

The group’s approximately 20,359 m² industrial site and approximately 7,000 m² of workshops are owned manufacturing assets. This removes factory rent from the operating structure and reduces exposure to landlord-driven relocation or lease disruption; actual pricing still depends on the order specification.

28 years of manufacturing continuity

The parent manufacturer was founded in 1998. Its established textile production system supports hotel linen development, approved samples, bulk production and repeat-order control.

Integrated production decisions

Weaving, wadding, quilting, filling, sewing, inspection and packing are coordinated within the group’s manufacturing system, helping the team resolve technical details without passing every decision through unrelated intermediaries.

A manufacturing system built around fabric and finished goods

Wangda Textile’s confirmed equipment begins with 50 air-jet looms and 200 rapier looms. The same manufacturing group connects weaving with non-glue wadding, computerized quilting, multi-needle quilting, filling, sewing, inspection and packing. The exact route depends on the product construction.

This does not mean every chemical, dyeing or finishing step is performed on one site. It means the named manufacturer controls the core fabric and conversion decisions and can identify any approved external process in the technical review.

Owned land changes both continuity and fixed cost

The factory operates on approximately 20,359 m² of self-owned industrial land with approximately 7,000 m² of self-built workshops. There is no factory-rent line in this structure and less exposure to landlord-driven relocation or rent escalation over a long-running supply program.

That ownership can support more competitive pricing and operational continuity than a comparable rented facility. Final quotations still depend on product specification, quantity, customization, packing and scheduling, so the advantage should be tested through a like-for-like quote rather than treated as a blanket guarantee.

International service is directly connected to the parent factory

SHAANXI BOREDON TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is the wholly owned export subsidiary responsible for international inquiries. Shaanxi Wangda Textile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the parent, trademark owner and actual manufacturer.

This relationship connects technical questions, samples, production planning, inspection and packing with the international commercial team. Buyers can verify both entities, the factory address, applicable certificates and product reports during qualification.

Buyer FAQ

Questions about our own factory on our own land in xi’an

Is Wangda Textile BOREDON’s own factory?

Yes in the group-operating sense: Shaanxi Wangda Textile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is BOREDON’s manufacturing parent and provides the group-owned factory. Legally, SHAANXI BOREDON TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is its wholly owned export subsidiary.

Why does factory ownership matter to buyers?

Owned land and self-built workshops reduce rent and lease-related uncertainty and support long-term production continuity. They do not create a universal lowest-price guarantee; quotations still depend on specification, quantity and scheduling.

Does listed capacity guarantee my lead time?

No. Capacity and lead time depend on specification, construction, order mix, shifts and current scheduling.
