Calculate size from tabletop and drop
For round tables, finished diameter equals tabletop diameter plus twice the desired drop. For square tables, account for both tabletop dimensions and the intended overhang.
Product category
BOREDON supplies reusable tablecloths and napkins for restaurants, banquets and hospitality event venues. Buyers specify tabletop dimensions, desired drop, fabric, GSM, color, finish, logo or jacquard requirement and quantity; non-standard dimensions are reviewed before sampling.

Buyer guidance
For round tables, finished diameter equals tabletop diameter plus twice the desired drop. For square tables, account for both tabletop dimensions and the intended overhang.
Provide the dining format, laundering process, color, desired drape and replacement expectations.
Confirm size, fold, edge finish and whether the napkin should match or contrast with the tablecloth.
A tablecloth is one of the few textiles where the correct dimension cannot be guessed from a product name at all. It is derived: table shape, table top dimension or diameter, table height, and the drop you want. A lap-length drop for a restaurant cover and a floor-length drop for a banquet round are different products from the same table.
Send table shape, top dimension, height and target drop per table type, with counts. The technical team returns finished dimensions, and a sample confirms how the fabric actually hangs — which no drawing shows.
Table linen is washed more often than guestroom linen and stained worse: wine, oil, coffee, sauce, candle wax, plus stain treatment before every wash. It is also seen at close range under service lighting, so a gray cast or a wrinkled hem is visible to the guest in a way a bedsheet never is.
Construction, hem type, weight and color are reviewed against your actual wash and stain-treatment process. Say what that process is, including bleach exposure, and colors that will not hold up can be identified before the order rather than after the first month of service.
Banquet and event linen has a demand shape that average occupancy hides completely: a venue running three simultaneous functions needs stock for that day, not for a normal Tuesday. Set par against peak simultaneous service plus laundry turnaround, and include a replacement allowance, because table linen is retired for staining long before it wears out.
Bring your event calendar and outlet matrix to the RFQ. Quantities per size per color determine whether each line clears minimum order quantity, and consolidating fewer sizes in greater depth usually clears more of them.
A hotel with a restaurant, a lobby lounge and a banquet hall usually wants tablecloths, runners, napkins and overlays that read as one program. Made in one production run against one released color reference, they do. Bought separately over two years from two suppliers, they visibly do not.
Where custom color is needed, dye-lot size sets the practical minimum. White or a stock color with the identity carried by a woven label or embroidery is the reliable route for a smaller opening order.
