Source-direct manufacturing

Work with the group that owns and runs the factory

BOREDON connects international buyers directly to its manufacturing parent, Wangda Textile. The group has manufactured in Xi’an since 1998 on approximately 20,359 m² of self-owned industrial land, with approximately 7,000 m² of self-built workshops and 250 weaving looms. The export team and factory share one group structure, so technical decisions do not pass through an unrelated trader.

Buyer guidance

What our ownership structure changes

We own the production site

Wangda Textile owns the industrial land and built the workshops used by the manufacturing system. The group does not carry factory rent or lease-renewal risk in this operating structure.

We control fabric production

50 RFJA20 air-jet looms and 200 QFJ788 rapier looms place core greige-fabric production inside the group. Construction questions can be reviewed with the team responsible for weaving.

We connect downstream processes

Wadding, quilting, filling, sewing, inspection and packing operate within the manufacturing system. This reduces handoffs between unrelated suppliers and gives the export team a clearer path for technical coordination.

We develop before bulk production

A measurable RFQ is reviewed for material, construction, dimensions, branding and packing. New or critical requirements move through sampling and written approval before production release.

We retain repeat-order references

Approved specifications or samples, order records, product and batch references, inspection status and packing instructions create a documented basis for replenishment.

Buyer FAQ

Questions about work with the group that owns and runs the factory

Is BOREDON a trading company or a manufacturer?

SHAANXI BOREDON TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is the wholly owned international business and export subsidiary of Shaanxi Wangda Textile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Wangda Textile is the manufacturing parent and operates the group-owned factory behind BOREDON products.

What does source-direct change for the buyer’s cost?

Self-owned land and self-built workshops remove factory rent from the group’s operating structure. In-house weaving and connected conversion also shorten the supply chain. The final quotation is costed from the approved specification, quantity, customization, packing and schedule.

Can buyers qualify the factory?

Factory qualification requirements can be included in the inquiry. BOREDON will review the requested scope, documents, timing and any on-site arrangements for the specific project.
