Choose by operating requirement
Bed linen should be selected around the mattress and insert dimensions, laundry process, desired handle and replacement plan—not thread count alone.
Product category
BOREDON makes hotel bed linen to an approved fabric, construction and finished-size specification. The range covers flat sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and fitted sheets for hotels, resorts, boutique properties and hospitality distributors, with custom dimensions, labels and branding reviewed before production.

Buyer guidance
Bed linen should be selected around the mattress and insert dimensions, laundry process, desired handle and replacement plan—not thread count alone.
Provide finished dimensions, fabric composition, yarn count or construction, color, closure or flange details, logo, labels, packaging and quantity by size.
Approved samples, technical sheets, order references and batch records are used to reduce ambiguity when a room program is replenished.
Bed names differ between markets and do not describe mattress depth. Measure width, length and depth on the installed mattress with any topper or protector in place. Confirm the required tuck, pocket depth or drop, and measure duvet inserts and pillows separately from their covers.
The factory reviews finished size against fabric width, shrinkage allowance, seam construction and cutting efficiency. This is especially important for boutique hotels, conversions, cruise cabins and properties using non-standard mattresses.
Thread count is meaningful only with yarn count, single- or multi-ply construction, weave and finishing. A lower honest count using a suitable yarn can perform better than an inflated number created by counting plied yarns. Percale and sateen also produce different hand feel and laundry behavior.
State the desired balance of feel, appearance, drying time and replacement cost, then approve the actual fabric specification or sample. BOREDON can review cotton and selected cotton-polyester constructions against the property’s operating requirement.
Use room count, bed mix, pieces per bed, par level, expected occupancy and replacement allowance to calculate quantities by size. Consolidating unnecessary size variations can reduce complexity and make minimum quantities easier to meet.
Keep the approved sample, released technical sheet, order reference and packing instruction after delivery. Those records allow the next order to be reviewed against the same construction instead of starting again from a product name.

Buyer FAQ
Yes, custom dimensions are reviewed against fabric width, construction and cutting feasibility.
Most confirmed sheet and duvet-cover items show a regular MOQ of 100 pieces and a minimum of 50 pieces; pillowcases are higher.
There is no single thread count used by every hotel. Compare yarn count, weave, density, finishing and laundry requirements together, then approve the actual construction by specification or sample.
Published BOREDON references include 100% cotton and selected cotton-polyester constructions. The exact composition must be stated on the quotation and approved order specification.
Final lead time is confirmed after BOREDON reviews the product specification, quantity, customization, order mix and current production schedule.
