Low-MOQ custom OEM

Custom hotel linen OEM for focused quantities and repeat orders

BOREDON provides custom hotel linen OEM support for boutique hotels, hospitality brands, distributors and focused hotel groups. Custom sizes, selected materials and constructions, colors, embroidery, woven and care labels, and packaging are reviewed against technical feasibility and quantity. Each new program proceeds from a written brief through quotation, sampling and approval before bulk production.

Buyer guidance

Build an OEM program the factory can reproduce

Product specification

Confirm finished dimensions, material, construction, yarn count, density or GSM, fill type and weight where relevant.

Brand presentation

Approve embroidery, woven labels, care labels and selected private-label packaging after artwork and destination requirements are reviewed.

Commercial setup

State quantity by item, size and color, destination and required date so applicable minimums, sampling and production timing can be reviewed.

Repeat-order control

Approved samples, released specifications, batch identification and retained packing instructions provide the reference for replenishment.

Custom size is routine; custom color and jacquard have thresholds

Custom finished dimensions are ordinary production here — the constraint is fabric width and cutting feasibility, not willingness. Send measured dimensions and the technical team will confirm what is producible before any sample is made.

Custom color and custom jacquard behave differently, because both are bounded by a setup rather than by piece count. A bespoke dye color is limited by dye-lot size; a custom woven jacquard is limited by loom setup; custom embroidery is limited by digitizing and setup cost. Where an order sits below a viable threshold the review will say so and offer the realistic alternatives — a stock color, a printed rather than woven mark, or a larger consolidated run.

Approval is what makes customization safe

The risk in any custom program is that the buyer and the factory hold different pictures of the same words. An approved physical sample closes that gap in a way no written specification can, which is why sampling is recommended for every new size, color, structure or branding element, and skipped for anything already on file.

Once approved, the sample and released technical sheet become the reference for production and for every reorder afterwards. This is the mechanism that makes a bespoke product reproducible on future orders.

What raises the minimum, and how to work within it

Minimum order quantity applies per item, per size and per color, because each combination is a separate cutting and sewing run. Customization raises the effective minimum where it introduces a dye lot, a loom setup or an embroidery setup. Two levers reliably bring a custom program within reach: fewer sizes in greater depth, and white bed linen with the customization carried by labels and embroidery rather than by dyed fabric.

A property that wants a distinctive look on a modest opening order usually gets further with a custom woven label and embroidered towels on white bed linen than with a bespoke dyed sheet program it cannot fill.

Buyer FAQ

Questions about custom hotel linen oem for focused quantities and repeat orders

What is the minimum for a custom hotel linen order?

Minimums apply per item, size, color and construction. Selected sheets, duvet covers and bathrobes have published minimum references starting at 50 pieces; towels and pillowcases commonly start at 100 pieces. Custom dye lots, jacquard, labels and packaging may require more.

Can BOREDON copy an existing sample?

A physical reference can support development, but dimensions, materials, intellectual-property rights and acceptance criteria must be clarified.

Can the goods carry only the buyer's brand?

Yes. Authorized artwork can be applied through approved embroidery, woven labels, care labels and packaging without requiring BOREDON branding on the goods.

When is production approved?

After the applicable physical sample and released order specification are approved in writing.
