Separate wet, heat and treatment zones
A sauna bench towel, guest drying towel and treatment-table sheet perform different jobs. Define contact surface, moisture exposure, wash process and change frequency for every item.
Product category
BOREDON supplies specification-led textiles for hotel spas, urban wellness clubs, sauna facilities and massage operations. The confirmed range includes spa towels, massage-table sheets, fitted table covers and face-cradle covers. Sauna wraps and bench formats are developed only after dimensions, closure, material and laundering requirements are approved; they are not presented as ready-stock items.

Buyer guidance
A sauna bench towel, guest drying towel and treatment-table sheet perform different jobs. Define contact surface, moisture exposure, wash process and change frequency for every item.
Provide table width, length and depth, face-opening dimensions, bench dimensions and the finished coverage required. Nominal product names do not control fit.
State stock or custom color, fastening method, embroidery or woven-label requirement, packing and destination-language care-label content before sampling.
Terry-loop towels are selected around absorbency, drying time, lint behavior and the laundry process. Flat-woven sheets and fitted covers are selected around surface coverage, handling, colorfastness and dimensional stability. One headline GSM cannot describe both product groups.
Build the RFQ as an item matrix: operating zone, product, finished size, material or construction target, color, quantity, change frequency and wash conditions. This allows the factory to review each textile against its actual task.
A wrap or kilt needs a finished waist range, body length, overlap, closure type and closure position. Hook-and-loop tape, buttons and elastic each behave differently after repeated commercial laundering, so the approved sample must control fit and fastening.
BOREDON can review a buyer drawing or physical reference for OEM development. Because the confirmed public product database does not contain one universal sauna-wrap size, no generic dimension is advertised as a factory standard.
Embroidery, woven labels, care labels and retail or treatment-room packaging are reviewed against artwork, dimensions, color reference, placement and quantity. The buyer confirms that it is authorized to use every brand element supplied.
For smaller programs, using a stock material and carrying identity through a label or restrained embroidery usually avoids the material minimum attached to a custom dye lot.
