Boutique hotel custom OEM

Low-MOQ custom linen for boutique and independent hotels

BOREDON develops custom linen for boutique and independent hotels that need a distinctive specification without chain-scale opening quantities. Selected sheets, duvet covers and bathrobes have confirmed minimum references starting at 50 pieces per applicable variation. Custom dimensions, selected colors and constructions, embroidery, woven labels and packaging proceed through feasibility review, quotation, sampling and approval before bulk production.

Buyer guidance

Turn a distinctive property concept into a repeatable specification

Design intent has to become measurements

A designer's board communicates mood; production needs numbers. Bring the pantone or physical color reference, the border width, the fold-back depth, the flange dimension and the embroidery artwork at final size. The technical team converts that into a cutting and sewing sheet, and tells you where the design will not survive a commercial laundry.

Custom color is a dye-lot decision

Bespoke shades are available and are quoted against dye-lot minimums, not per-piece pricing. Where the total order sits below a viable dye lot, the honest options are a stock-shade match, a shared lot with a later phase, or accepting a color tolerance. We will say which applies to your quantity instead of promising an exact match and delivering an approximation.

Non-standard beds are normal here

Antique frames, custom-built platforms and irregular mattress depths are routine in boutique conversions. Send the measured mattress width, length and depth per room type — measured, not assumed from the supplier's catalogue — and fitted sheets are cut to it.

Protect the identity in the labels

Woven brand labels, care labels in the destination language, embroidered logos and custom packaging are all part of the same approval. Buyer artwork must be authorised in writing before it is applied, which protects both sides if the property later changes brand.

Buyer FAQ

Questions about boutique hotels

What is the realistic minimum for a custom color?

Piece minimums start at 50 for sheets, duvet covers and robes, but a fully bespoke dye color is limited by the dye-lot size for the chosen fabric. Send the quantity and target shade and the review will state plainly whether the color is viable at that volume.

Can you produce a single sample room before we commit?

Sampling for new sizes, colors, structures and branding is the normal path and is recommended for boutique work. Sample charges, timing and whether the cost is credited against a bulk order are confirmed in the quotation.

Can you do jacquard borders with our motif?

Jacquard and woven-border options are reviewed against loom setup, repeat size and quantity. Simple geometric repeats are considerably more economical at boutique volumes than fine pictorial motifs.

How long does a custom program take?

Final lead time is confirmed after BOREDON reviews the product specification, quantity, customization, order mix and current production schedule.
