Private-label OEM
BOREDON supports private-label hotel linen programs for hospitality brands, distributors, importers and hotel groups. The product specification, authorized artwork, labels, packaging and quantities are reviewed together, then controlled through approved samples and order documents. The goods can carry the buyer’s approved brand without requiring a BOREDON mark.

Buyer guidance
Provide the item specification, size matrix, color, construction, quality requirements and quantity by variation.
Provide vector artwork, color references, placement, label copy and confirmation that the buyer may use the marks.
Provide pack structure, barcode or identification needs and destination-market labeling requirements for review.
Retain the approved sample, released specification, item codes and packing instructions as the reference for replenishment.
BOREDON does not require its mark on private-label production. Woven brand labels, size labels, destination-language care labels, polybag and header-card artwork and carton marking can all carry the buyer’s identity and follow the buyer’s SKU system. For a distributor or a hotel group with its own brand standard, that is the purpose of contract manufacturing.
Confirm in writing that you hold the rights to the marks you ask the factory to apply, and supply vector artwork with color references, placement and dimensions.
The factory manufactures labels to the content the buyer approves. Legal label content differs by market, and the importer remains responsible for its accuracy and applicability.
Send the required content and format before sampling so the label, product and packaging are approved as one market-ready program rather than corrected after bulk production.
A private-label buyer’s reputation depends on the goods not changing between seasons. Approved samples, released technical sheets, batch identification and retained packing instructions provide the production reference.
This documented route makes any proposed material, construction or packing change visible before production and supports repeat orders under the same brand specification.

Buyer FAQ
Yes, after artwork, placement, colors, method, rights and quantity are reviewed. BOREDON branding is not required on private-label goods.
BOREDON can manufacture approved labels, while the buyer or importer provides and approves the applicable legal content.
Sometimes, but custom materials, colors, labels and packaging can create higher minimums or surcharges. The review separates the product minimum from each branding and packaging minimum.
